Experience and professional competence

Our law firm offers services in different legal areas, both as legal advice and legal representation.

Our long-standing experience and professional competence allow us to elaborate customized solutions with great success.

Administrative Law

Our firm not only advises and, when necessary, directs claims or appeals against the Administration, both in administrative and judicial proceedings, but also specializes in the previous management for obtaining licenses and authorizations of any kind. This includes urban planning permits (major works, minor works, etc.) and activity licenses through “Responsible Declarations”, covering the local, insular, regional and state levels.

In addition, we assume both the legal direction and the representation of the client before the Administration, guaranteeing an integral and efficient service.

Technical area - multidisciplinary office

GRM Abogados is constituted as an interdisciplinary firm with the aim of offering its clients, in addition to a complete legal service, the organization, coordination and management of the technical professionals who, by legal requirement or by the nature of the matter, have to intervene in the same at the request of the client. All this is carried out under the Legal Project Management (LPM) system.

By way of example, the introduction of greater responsibility of technical professionals in obtaining the various administrative licenses necessary for the provision of services or the development of business activities (reflected in Law 7/2011 on Classified Activities, its Regulation by Decree 86/2013, and Decrees 52/2012 and 53/2012 in the scope of the Canary Islands) makes it necessary to better manage and coordinate their performance in terms of productivity, which in fact means an increase in time and effort for the client, a burden that our firm releases with this new service proposal.

Obviously, this is not a technical control of the quality of the service to be provided by the professionals, whose quality has been previously contrasted, but the demand for the fulfillment of their service in the agreed terms and the implementation of the same with the rest of the services, both legal and other.
